3rd pair on an awful board against a tag

Idk, I think I bet/fold the turn. All our "outs" seem pretty dirty. I don't like checking, cuz I hate to see this turn check through. Giving a free card here seems like a disaster.

I haven't seen or used any poker software in years, but imo, anything over 1bb/100 is pretty f'in good these days (well, not so sure about .25/.50)

At 25c/50c u can probably make anywhere between 2-4 BB/100 over a large sample. And SSLHE is applicable to these games espescially if they are loose-passive.

Without reads, I think these games play pretty honest and PF is pretty close. I think I probably cap, but folding is no crime, imo.

I'm in the "bet turn as last bet into pot" camp. I don't think most 10/20 players are bluff/betting the river, unless there are some reads about you or him you have not mentioned.
