Dude it's 100NL, you have to adjust for their 3betting -> 5betting tendencies at this stake and AQo/99 is not in their 5bet range. You're going to get yourself value owned by 4bet...
Folding JJ after 4 betting would be a mistake as if he is 5 betting QQ+ and AK then JJ is 36% against that range and with the money in the pot already we should be happy calling it off.
