edit: One reason im not a fan of this line is that you give freecards to the AsX combos.
You shouldnt fold the turn because you have redraw to a fullhouse. I'd coldcall the flop and bet the turn as DD said.
I wouldn't 3bet the turn. Your equity cant be great, like 55% and i think its not enough to 3bet. You loose 2 more against JT win 1 more against two pairs, win the same when he doesnt hit his dr...
