His line is weird, you would expect a set or 2 pair to ship the flop or the turn. The only hand that makes sense to me is a flopped flush or a missed nfd. I'd call the river because of this.

Too small sample to assume MP2 is actually playing 12/7 and there's not much that beats you except 3 combos of 88 and 3 ...
