It's interesting that he pots. I'm not sure if this is a draw, certainly looks bluffy to me. Without any real reads, though, I'd just call again and see the river.
Generally I make my decision on the turn, either I'm calling down or I'm not. Here given what little info you have (ie. none) and how the hand plays out, I'd just fold the turn.
