Raising hands change value in my opinion, depending on position, action before you, your stacksize, opponents to act (their VP$IP), how u are percieved at the table (your VP$IP), full table/shor...
Ucdi..BTN did nothing wrong there by calling you (the sad outcome for you is that he got lucky)...I get the impression that u let those stats to decide for you or influance your decision making....
From how I see it BTN is chip leader and this is your common bubble play (maybe I give him to much credit), but at this spot I would at least re-raise him ($5500) with AQ, cause his fold equity ...
