Considering he's only 60BB deep, I think this is played fine. I might even c/c the turn or c/shove the turn if he doesn't shove himself, b/c that's a decent card for him to bluff on...
Seems like an okay plan, but this is the wost card in the deck for that move.
I think all of his semibluffs bet the turn anyway. Once he checks the Qh it should be pretty obvious he has showdown value (better than TPTK).
You might consider starting out at lower stakes. You way overplayed your hand here--even though it was BVB.
