What the heck is Razzducey (sp?)?

Pretty sure what the OP saw was Razzdugi, not Razzducey. Razzdugi is spread at Venetian occasionally and Aria every day in their 12/24 mix games, it is Razz/Badugi split pot where A is low.

They would opt-in because the bill says that any state that has intra-state HAS to opt in. This leads me to not trust the % given by your lobbyist sources.
