10/20 Borgata 10 handed

Hero is SB with KSpade KHeart
UTG raises, BTN cold calls, Hero 3-bets, BB folds, UTG caps!, BTN calls two more, Hero calls

Flop (13 SB): 7Spade 6Diamond 5Diamond (3 players)
Hero checks, UTG bets, BTN raises, Hero 3-bets, UTG caps!, BTN calls two, Hero calls
As he calls BTN says, 'I know [both of] you don't have my cards.'

Turn (12.5 BB): THeart (3 players)
Hero...

I imagine my choices are bet/call intending to call down or x/r/call down a 3-bet (unless BTN goes nuts / board comes ugly).

Reads:

I know UTG fairly well and he's actually fairly LAGgy for a live player. However, most of the times he's LAGging it up he's in late position, in HU pots, when people are showing weakness, etc. In other words whereas many live players would have AA here a ton there is a decent chance he has a smaller overpair (though I am not sure how much to weight it). He also could have AK/AQ of Griniamonds:.

BTN is fairly new to me. He plays better than most live players and has been decently good about understanding the value of a pair. Given his PF cc I think it's fairly likely he has a combo draw (pair+OESD, pair+gut, or pair+FD) or a monster (two pair / set). I don't really see much else he'd have here - maybe A7s no FD.

I think it's a check/call down, possibly a fold if you're facing two cold if utg bets and btn still raises. btn's speech is clearly strength and if you read him as sensible, there's no reason for him to be jamming A8 Diamond on the turn if utg leads again.

Otherwise, I'd be happy to put in one bet per street and showdown.

I'd be very worried about the button and start with a check

i think i would either donk/call down or checkraise/call down

the pot is huge and we have a monster on a drawy board. i don't want it to get checked through. i also don't really want 3 bets to go in which could happen if you checkraise so maybe donking is okay here. i think it's close.

I think we definitely have way more than 33% equity against both their ranges. I think if we bet and get raised by EP forcing button to call two cold with his draw or pair + draw is actually a pretty good situation. Also if EP has QQ or JJ and sees you lead again, he might decide to just call allowing you to easily play the river. If you c/c, then check river, you risk the river getting checked through when you have the best hand.

I'd bet, huge pot, terrified of giving a free card. I think there is a legit argument for bet/fold, but I'd probably bet/call down.
