Hey Guys,
Something I have been through with a few people is how to configure the popups in the HEM stats. DJ did a vid on configuring the main stats but I think the default popups are confusing and are much more useful if you actually make them yourselves.
So Im making a 10-15 minute vid on how to do this.
Just putting this up so that if anyone has any other quick HEM suggestions or questions I will see if I can answer them on the vid.
This will just be a quick "how to" so I wont be able to answer technical issues on the vid.
Thanks
Paddy

I found the setting up colour ranges easy, though chosing the figures is the key part. If you follow the guidelines set out in the "plugging leaks " article on HM (and see the video here too), this will guide you. The article uses 6 max $100NL stats, so need to be adjusted for your game/stakes, this can either be done by analysing your own DB if large enough, or trawling 2+2 for a similar study. There was something on PO forum, used to convert relevant stats from PT to PO, this could be usefull too. I think it was based on 250K hand sample, whereby all players had over a certain sample.
I believe my first stab at them to be ok, and hope to refine them with time. In the end I will have greater confidence in my own stats ranges, and know how to use them if I do this, simply because I will have doen the refining.
All that said, I am holding back from using HEM due to the speed issues, if I can resolve this I will be more than happy and impressed with HEM.
If anyone is interested I would be happy to post up for discussion my FR ranges, and if someone knows how to extract the file so I can diplay it graphically that would be cool.

PS - for anyone interested, I found that using the font MV BOLI was very good for the HUD. By default it used, plain text for letters, (when left white), and a bolder and italic for numbers, (when coloured). This allows me to display the stat name/abbreviation, at least until I get used to it. I went through a few and this one seemed pretty cool for the job.

I would be the first to watch it if you do make one, covering full ring would be even better, go for it!

Sounded Simple: It will be great if you still make this video. I tried adding some stats to the popup, like bet river %, etc, and it never worked
I had the exact same problem (with the exact same stat aswell) as I'd like to check the sample size on the "Bet River" stat once a decision comes up.
So a tutorial on how to customize popups would be awesome.
