How often are you double-barreling this turn?

This is a somewhat simple question, but I feel I'm lacking in my double-barreling prowess and would like to get a feel of the frequency of some turn spots.
Villian is playing 22/18/3 or so. He's a regular on this site from what I've seen, although I haven't played much 5/10 on this site.
Over 50 or so hands on this table, I've been tight, and not gotten involved with villian. I just 3-bet bluffed a flop against another player and had to fold to his 4-bet all in, but villian's multi-tabling and such and might not have even noticed or cared. I've played with him on some other tables on the same day but no real history, he probably views me as an average 18/15 TAG.
100 BB stacks.
I raise 5c5h UTG to $35, we're 5-handed. Villian calls in the BB.
The flop is Kh 6c 2c. BB checks, I bet $55 into $75, villian calls.
The turn is the 7c. BB checks. How often do you bet here with the light history we have together? Does it matter much if the turn is 7c or 7x?
If villian calls your double barrel, how often would you triple barrel a blank (let's say the 2h is the river.)

I check this flop back often. If I bet the flop, I would barrel this turn something like 50/50, and the times I do bet the turn, I'd be firing the river nearly always.
The fact that you just showed a bluff and he might have noticed would have me always checking back the flop/always checking the turn if I bet the flop here, though. Everyone loves to call if they've got any reason to.

yea thats what I was gonna say. I probably don't fire it too often though, his folding range is somewhat narrow unless he thinks you're a nit.
I would check this turn almost always, you actually have a pretty high amount of equity vs. his range but not a lot once he calls and obviously he can c/r here as well.
