Was just trying to think what sort of winrate given perfect play would be attainable at 10nl, anyone got any guesses?
15bb/100 I'd guess over a big sample I'd guess.

All we actually need is a fake coaching site with false/misinformation for hordes of aspiring young players, eager to reach for the knowledge behind the winning poker. By infecting the world with misinformation the games will be fishy again and everyones happy. Except the fish of course... but they won't know it til it's too late, so...

I think you can do 20bb/100 if you table select.
bb is blinds and BB is bets? either way ptr has BB which makes a 3 BB winner a 6bb winner. I was referring to the BB number they use although HM uses bb so the HM number is double the PTR number....

I think thats optimistic. We could be crushing a stake, but running bad therefore have a break-even patch of 100k or so.

That would mean, that you would be running hot with 40bb/100 over a 100K sample aswell.
More likely that a 20bb/100 can run bad at 10bb and run good at 30bb.
Pretty sure it's possible

I think he means over a huge sample. I definitely think 15-20bb is attainable at this level.
But playing perfectly requires single tabling and reducing hourly right? Or are you saying 15-20bb is for playing 4 tables too?
For those that play higher and never played so low, also you don't get big samples on players at 10NL very often for your HUDs and most of the time have tiny samples with the big player pools. But a more skilled player than I is going to pick up reads fast though to counter that.
make sure to check sharkscope, or OPR too OP

Most players go through huge break-even stretches.

True, most do but most players don't have 20bb/100 winrates. Go to the variance calculator website and check out the longest breakeven stretches for different winrates. A true 20bb/100 winrate is especially unlikely to have a 100k breakeven.
Also playing that many hands at 2nl is just absurdity imo.

But is 20ptbb really likely in 2012? There's regs even at 10nl, with a clue.
How much does rake eat at 10NL? 5PTBB or something?

1ptbb = 2 big blinds. I was saying 20big blinds per hundred hands or 10ptbb/100
