Sleep on it, man. I read your blog when you were starting out with high hopes and that was yesterday. If you were learning chess would you expect to win money from anyone willing to bet it at first? Yeah, poker is different because luck is involved but you need to be good enough to overcome that luck, that's what you need to do to beat the micros, not beat any individual.

haha yeah I was happy because I actually got lucky ONCE and placed in a tourney. Barely placed I might add. but after 7 straight hours of not winning a dime, after that I dont quite feel the same

And Im sure California is one of the states banned on Merge or whatever other dumbass sites there are to lose money on so I'll keep playing bovada until my bankroll is gone

Do you have any screen capture software you could record your session with? Would solve the no hand history problem and we could all then have something more tangible to give advice on.

That is one the worst idea mate to jump into the game while tilting. Just do something besides poker.

well that would be cool except with bovada I cant withdrawl till I get $500. I will never reach $500, so that is my poker bankroll. I have no more bankroll to start at a new site. its either win here or nowhere. so it will be nowhere

If you don't make the switch it might very well be nowhere. Bodog/Bovada has openly restructured their site it make it very difficult for anyone to win. It is easy for people in this thread to tell you how to crush the games at Bovada but I don't hear anyone claiming that they are in fact crushing the games at that site. The owners have openly stated that their anonymous tables are designed to create a site of "net depositing players" rather than "net withdrawing players". I've been playing for years and I seriously doubt that I would be able to win on that site.

Even if you don't have any money to deposit on Merge you should create an account anyway. You might be able to pick up a few dollars from their freerolls and Funsteps. If you play enough Funsteps you will surely eventually pick up a couple of dollars. I live in California and I can play on Merge.

Go at 2NL, then, you aren't rolled for 5NL with not even 10BI in your account. It's not because it's 40 bucks that bankroll management basics don't apply.

Either make a conscious decision to improve or quit poker imo. You can definitely beat the micros fairly easily if you put the work in. The players you are describing are the easiest villains to beat and I don't know where you get the idea that you could beat 5/10 players if you are losing at the micros. If you really want to get good, then put the work in and you will be rewarded. It really is that simple. I've been a member here for about 2 years now and it truly is amazing the progress I've made as a poker player. That's not to talk myself up or anything but the point is that there is a lot of good advice being given in videos and in these threads, if you just are willing to listen with an open mind. Good luck, I hope you choose to keep working at improving.

Pretty sure you can download Camstudio for free, or a 30 day demo of Camtasia would do, too.

I'm gonna be harsh. You say you do things to succeed, not to have fun. If that were true you wouldn't have come straight back on here to say you don't have software because it costs money, you'd have gone on to Google to see if there was any you could download. Have you googled any other means of showing a hand history? Have you checked your site's help files to see where they store hand histories or if they can send them to you?

I never said I could beat a bigger game, I just said those games are actually ones you can win. Micros are not beatable for anyone. its that simple. no matter how much work I put in, im going to get beat unless I happen to be the lucky guy at that table

Move up to where the players aren't so bad that you can't beat them.
