I think a decent reg could flat AK/AQ IP here. Especially if he thinks we will fold to a lot of 3bets, flatting it may be more +ev imo. This is especially true if we haven't built much of a 3betting dynamic with the villain. What do you think?
Absolutely. I don't care much for 3 betting AQ against EP or MP raises in general. I flat AK a lot here as well, especially if I don't think villain is going to have a very straightforward 4 betting range, which I expect most will at 100NL. I think there is much more potential to extract value by flatting and keeping in a ton of dominated hands.

The hand with KK, I think it's hard to get much worse to call you here. I kind of like checking to induce bluffs in this spot.
In this spot, I think most of villain's range is going to be a pair + draw type of hand. Something like JJ with a spade makes sense here. I don't really expect anyone to turn that into a bluff, and they're certainly not going to call a large river bet with it either. I'm leaning toward betting around $15 and getting value by giving villain odds that are "too good to fold."
