A couple more language gaffes.. they're not exactly typos... but on page 5 in your '09 intro you use "least" when you mean to use "fewest". Mistakes being countable. The jar containing the fewest sugar cubes obviously contains the least sugar. countable/uncountable.
Also, on page 11 in the third last paragraph, 3rd line: you say "..gives us a much great license..." there's the obv typo in that you mean "greater" but also you would not use "a" for it in this context because that would make it a measure of value, like if your state has changed the design or content of driver's licenses you could say that it "is a much greater license" than the previous... but you wanna say it gives you "more license" to consider bluffing... so... just ..."gives us greater license..." or "...gives us much greater license..." no ind. article.
I feel like a douche mentioning these... but you said keep going
If this stuff is too nitpicky go ahead and tell me to back off. I don't mind.
I admire your grammar knowledge and your non-snobbishness about it.

interesting to see that people think a forum will keep the priceless information away from everybody else. I give it a month and you can download it for free. Sick, unethical .. but the way this world works nowadays.
The price is being paid by people who want it sooner then the rest of the world.

I wouldn't see it as that. I would buy this book, use it to get better to stay ahead of the curve. But don't treat it like a new secret that needs to be kept away from audience that did not buy the book, chances are they are still reading it altho they did not buy it.

I truly believe a lot of the people that download it for free the 2+2 types (the bad ones) or just randoms wont put it to use correctly or wont understand it / miss use it so maybe if you think about it its not that bad for us the people who have paid.
Although i would rather baluga get the money, you can be a little sympathetic to the people who download it if its 1k but at sixty bucks or so its literally a buyin for almost every poker player and a couple of bb's for some.

I hope this is not the case, otherwise it won't be a great book. If you read this book, you should be able to use it correctly. Otherwise, what is the purpose of a book that teaches a certain skill?

Your understanding of the English language has led me to believe math could not be your strong suit
