I have read through this and am interested, so the PDF will be available the quickest, correct?
If so when can we get the PDF version?
Everything will be available at the same time, on Oct 24th (there is a chance this moves sooner, if so I'll let you guys know)

And, I'm sure that years in the future, some of this theory will prove to be out-dated or incorrect.
just to make sure i'm clear (and my last post on the subject): you're publishing a book propounding theories with the idea that many of them will prove to be incorrect?

it's called a *theory* for a reason broseph. Is it wrong for scientists to propose theories that seem correct given all the information currently available for them, while knowing that there's a decent likelihood that many years from now their theory will prove to be incorrect or incomplete? Improving upon and further developing existing theories leads to advancement in a field. If no-one ever published theories unless they were 100% provable we'd never get anywhere.

I'm not sure whether this is trolling at this point or not....
Do you really expect book authors to have entirely solved no-limit hold'em to the point that a better strategy will never be possible? Besides, the optimal strategy at any given time depends on what kind of trends are popular among players at the time, if the trends change the best way to exploit them will change, so even if Baluga had written out the absolute best way to play no limit hold'em in today's games, it could still be out of date in 5 years time.

It's not a question of whether or not a poker theory is correct or incorrect but whether or not it's applicable, poker theory by its nature is evolving and what Andrew believed to be objectivly the best interpretation of poker theory in 2009 has changed in 2011. What Andrew is saying is that while some of the poker theory in the book may be constant, other poker theory in the book may be subjective and will, at some point, become outdated or a bridge to a new, more evolved theory. This book is simply a time capsule of theory as we see it today, or a reaction to the contemporary metagme if you will, and tomorrow is another story.
Basically, if you think a poker writer who says "my book was, is and will always be 100% accurate" is being more honest than a poker writer who says "this will at some point become outdated and in need of revision" then you're a gullible guppy.
And for the record I'm not saying this as a shill for Andrew, I strongly disagreed with some of his positions in Easy Game and feel a number of HS players were significantly more knowledgable than him at the time he released the book. That said he has still put in his fair share of hands at respectable stakes and I think his opinion is worth listening to and taking into consideration, especially since he's one of the only "eBook writers" to release his thoughts for a price that isn't ridiculous.

How do we pre-order a hardcopy? I don't see this on Amazon.
thanks
ES
At the moment, pre-ordering the hardcopy isn't available. However, I'm working on it and will hopefully have it figured out tomorrow (in the event that it is possible).

Paperback pre-ordering now available for paperback/hard copy editions!
Send $60 (plus $7 for shipping if you're outside the USA/Canada) to the same locations listed above (PayPal or MoneyBookers) and send me an email at teambalugawhale@gmail.com with your mailing address.
Only issue: books will probably not ship until Oct 27th (a few days after the eBook release date). So, if you don't mind waiting a few days, go ahead and pre-order now!

Now that paperbacks are figured out, any word on paperback + ebook combos? Particularly in regard to pre-orders.
At the moment its just -9.99 off of each. I may announce a package deal in the next few days (if you pre-ordered both already, I'll reimburse you if that deal happens. Not sure it will)
