call or push? utg is almost committed. i can call the 15 or raise another 20. pushing almost screams trips tho. have they committed enough to call the rest no matter what?

I'd shove -- you can have trips but you can also have combo draws and maybe even just plain Heart draws.

With 80BB preflop and a CO open I'd squeeze here intending to get it in, FWIW.

shove. utg isn't going anywhere with the pot odds he'll be getting, and there's some chance CO may view you cold-calling and then shoving the turn as a sign of greater strength than a flop shove.

shove, you don't want the draws to slowdown on a blank turn, nor do you want to slowdown on a heart

my thinking was that if i call. everyone in the hand is committed by the turn since i didn't make the strong move of pushing all in. so it's like 100 percent sure that i'll get everyone's money.

however, i felt that if i pushed the flop i might get the top pair guy hands to fold, someone i'm absolutely crushing. whoever has a flush draw is going to get all their money in on the flop or turn anyway so those guys don't matter. it just seems like the money is going in no matter what for the people with strong draws, lower sets, 2p etc... but i MIGHT fold out the top pair/overcard people.

anyways, i only called and the UTG with his super short stack folded. the turn brought the flush card and i got owned.
