worked for me, no problems

Looks like some existing, multi-month subscribers are having trouble accessing the page. We're working on a fix.

I am not an existing member. I am a long time fan and want to subscribe. I have tried multiple times now with two different credit cards. The first time it told me there was prob with credit card and contact card supplier. Not helpful, card is fine works elsewhere. Card is UK VISA don't know if that might be the issue. Second card is UK Mastercard - when I tried that it went to a generic problem page. My patience is now wearing very thin.

I want to give you my money in return for your podcast but your setup seems pretty flaky.

We've had a few reports of people with iTunes having issues. So far everyone having issues has been running Windows 7 + iTunes 10.4.1. I'm trying to duplicate the errors, but until I do, if you have problems with iTunes authentication, please post here with your OS version and your iTunes version.

When I go to the podcast subscription page (http://www.deucescracked.com/podcast_subscriptions) it asks for a credit card number and displays a button to 'Create My Account'. I'm logged in and a six-month member.

I'm having the same problem.

6 month subscriber, signed in. Can not find link to podcast, only account creation page. Do I have to put a credit card in under the assumption that it will not be charged since I am a multi-month subscriber?

For the 6 month and 1 year users who are seeing the sign-up form: you don't need to enter your payment details. It's a known bug and we're working on a fix.

to access the podcast, i also don't see a link. i have been using http://www.deucescracked.com/podcasts/deuceplays_premium/podcast.xml to access the podcast. it asks for username and password, make sure you enter the password given to you at sign-up (the one that's a bunch of letters and numbers) and you can then access the podcast.

6 month subscriber, same issues as many here, logged in, tried firefox, chrome, IE , still getting asked for cc...

I subscribed yesterday to the premium podcast and am having the issue with iTunes where I am being asked for my username and pwd. Versions - iTunes 10.1.4.10, OS Vista Home Premium SP2. Also - where can I find my podcast premium username and password again?
