you mentioned here that it is hard to put any opponent on a flush in a 3 bet pot? can you elaborate as to why?

if he's 3-betting JJ and AQ as well, then you can stack off. you're 40% vs. AA-JJ and AK, and assuming only AQ folds, that's still roughly 30% of his range. so pushing/4-betting is +EV, though this is a spot where I'd call if I had position.


Pushing/4-betting is definitely NOT +EV here. The villain needs to fold much more often to our 4-bet, smth like 50+ % of his range, but he's only folding 30%.
