Should be more than sufficient for our current level of debate, no?
I don't know, according to wikipedia my high school football field is named after me.
I don't know about anyone else, but I think it would really suck if this thread got locked now because of some pointless debate.

The less traffic an article gets, the less accurate it's likely to be. And the article should be properly sourced, which gives you a way to investigate further if you have that need. The fact that previous versions of the pages are archived gives protection against vandalism, and makes sure you can always link to a static wikipedia page. With some common sense it's a great resource for internet debates, discussions between friends, etc.....
And it's okay, we should stop this debate, I guess it would help if I did... so... last OT post I promise.

Uhm... No he didn't.
It is what the whole basis of his holocaust was based on. If you even say the Holocaust never happened then I don't think there is much point in me talking to you.

Most articles on Wikipedia have work cited.

I agree. I am sorry for falling into one of my trigger subjects. I am done with this part.

No. This is plain wrong. The holocaust was not based on Darwin. You can say that it was a form of Social Darwinism, but that is completely different from saying it was based on Darwin.
And, aren't you the religious one? How about a quote from Mein Kampf: "Hence today I believe that I am acting in accordance with the will of the Almighty Creator: 'by defending myself against the Jew, I am fighting for the work of the Lord."
(Some people, and I'm not sure if Hitler himself ever did (pretty sure he didn't), used Darwins stricly descriptive theories as a justification of those actions.)
I know I said no more OT, but... oh...

http://www.gallup.com/poll/27682/onethird-americans-believe-bible-literally-true.aspx
So if one third believe that the Bible is true word for word.. Then we are in a really tight spot.
What do we do?
You are assuming believing the bible and supporting poker are mutually exclusive. The bible is basically silent on the topic of gambling other than frequent references to people casting lots (as an appropriate way to spend their time).
I'm not retarded enough to debate religion on an online forum, but I don't think this poll means anything really.
Many that fall into this category have no problem playing poker and many of the ones that might don't believe it's the governments business to legislate against it.

I probably shouldn't have posted the Mein Kampf quote, as it makes it seem like the holocaust was something they did for purely religious reasons (or that Hitler was clearly a very religious man) which is of course not true.

On a side note, fully automatic rifles are incredibly inaccurate and hard to control. I've seen guys built like NFL defensive lineman not able to shoot an M-16 on automatic* with any sort of control. The only thing it's good for is covering fire, which is pointless in a home invasion. They don't even train you to use it in the automatic setting in the military, whenever the weapon is fired, it's set to semiautomatic.
Now there are guns in the military that fire automatically, but those are part of larger weapons systems that are fired by computer/electronically, and not physically by a person, ie CWIS.
*Technically it's not automatic, it's a 3 round burst, but my point is too show the uselessness of the weapon when not firing 1 shot at a time.
