Oliver I have a question. When you were explaining the value of bluffing, and getting caught to value town future hands - during the A72r hand , about 34 minutes in - how big would you size the bet on the river ?

Would your bet size roughly equal the size of a value bet? Or, for the hand in question 7s2hAc3s6s, can we assume that his hand is inelastic and possibly get away with a cheap bluff?

Thanks for the input.

Villain's range for getting to the river is generally dominated by weak hands.

Range aware player (good regs)
Knows what his range looks like on the river and will use that info when he decides if we are bluffing or not. A bet that looks like a thin value bet put max pressure on this player type.

Other players
Flex baby flex. It is a little harder to find the right bet size on the river. I think that the individual tendencies on the river is more important here. That is we will often end up with ranges full or bluffs or no bluffs at all.

Just wanted to say thanks for doing this - outstanding video and very, very interesting to watch.

Also a great advert for your coaching - if I ever run decent and manage to move up, I will be looking at your coaching.

Looking forward to part 2.

Man I really like the video, how you go so in-depth in situation I would normally assume there was a standard play and go for there. I've already learned many new things in this video and I'm looking for the next video. Thanks for sharing! Smile
