How about a spot where we can post hands and then they get reviewed in a video by a coach.

This is essentially just the strategy forums. We pull hands from there.

How about a short that takes the general model of Search and Destroy ep 1 and applies it to FR? Not necessarily the same stats/calculations/etc. that sthief09 uses for 6max, but how to use HEM to identify potential leaks in one's own play and in other regs' play.

DC shorts on specific concepts with theory and examples to illustrate. for instance, donk betting, perceived range, floating, oop floating, exploiting a specific player tendency both actively and passively (i.e. exploiting other ranges), c/r'ing as the preflop raiser, underbetting to induce, underbetting for thin value, ovberbetting, c/r'ing as the preflop raiser, other unconventional lines, extrapolating less obvious information about a players game from an opponent's play that most players would overlook, gameflow/recent history adjustments, etc

There are a couple of concepts here that I find interesting but becomes important if you moves up the stakes.

Donk betting would be an interesting topic for me for sure but I am a kind lost on when to do it and how to react to it.

I rarely check raise and this is also a topic I would like to have more informations on.

What about having Vanessa break down 1 hand per short from when she was on HSP. I think Poker Road did something similiar with Greenstein when he was on the Big Game.

How about breaking down late position play. Cutoff through the blinds. 3betting for value vs bluff against different player types, 4betting etc.

- Different coaches explaining misunderstandings that happen a lot about poker theories

I love to see more theory vids and more analyzing vids like search and destroy anyhow Smile

Something that explains Overbetting, the number of people who believe an Overbet only represents a polarized range is tilting me.

Hey guys,

We are working on future DC Shorts and are looking for any and all ideas you might have on the topic. Can be for any game or even something abstract. GOGOGO!

Hey guys, thanks for the opportunity to come up with ideas for DC Shorts...

I really think we could use a short specialising on awesome ways to improve redline, particularly in PLO. Looking through my PT3 and my biggest leak is having a losing redline, which is causing me to be a marginal winner instead of a big winner.

If I were able to improve my WR it would basically change everything about my game...

Any chance?

I'd love a subseries of DC Shorts called "Dictionary" (or maybe just "DC Dictionary"). Go through different concepts. Have a 60 second definition, then different coaches putting in 5-10 minutes looking at different aspects. Example:

Donk betting:
Def: betting into the preflop raiser
WiltonTilt: Why you would use it. (Eg v a tight-weak with air, v someone with low cbetting with a strong hand)
Krantz: Why you wouldn't use.
Improva: Thinking patterns associated with donking.
Baluga: How to counter it 1. Floating. When and why.
Grindcore: How to counter it 2. Playing back. When and why.
Sthief07: Donk betting and your HUD.

You could follow the template with a bunch of stuff: cbetting/defending against cbets/floating/stop and go/check-raising/polarised ranges/blind defence/different software/whatever.

This is such a cool idea.

I would want to see some shorts on the concept of playing single raised pots out of position (like selecting some interesting hand when we call from big blind the co steal) what would be our range for x/r value/semi bluff/bluff related, for donk betting and check/calling; and the possible play with our hand (and with other parts of our range) on the turn/river. Maybe one or two videos from the Buffalo Duo (thats just my dreams) would be ideal, obviously any other coach doing it would be great

Hello everybody,

I am new on DC and appreciate to be at last registered to an important website with poker videos by dozens. However, i feel like there is not a lot of videos regarding micro stake SNGs where the higher amount of fishes induced by low buy ins brings the need of a different approach than in fields with more advanced players. Secondly, a higher number of live sessions could be very useful as being more representative of what a grinder has to go through (damn variance and fair amount of bad beats while multitablin, maybe 6 table max, so viewer can still follow). Some HH reviews carefully chosen sometimes aren't that interesting, in the sense that uploader choses a video where everything went good, making it less interesting. When i say this i think about skitzofrenik video on the 180 man turbo, though i learned a few things, this video shows how to get to final table in a context of being lucky enough to win like 3-4 suckouts. Id be much more interested to see a live session of an advanced player like skitz commenting while going through 2,3,4,5 or 6 table multitablin.

Hope it makes some sens and sorry if my english isn't good.
