If it's not clear, on 6th street, I am first to act, then Seat 5, then Seat 6.

I like it a lot, he simply has to bet to charge seat 5.

This is very player dependent. Without reads I just bet out 6th as you don't know if he's a thinking player or not, and you don't know he will bet to charge seat 5. He may be smart enough to see through your check raise. Like I said very player dependent.
FWIW I may consider raising 3rd, but I play a very aggressive razz game.

I think I fire, I hate depending on donks to bet for me late in these situations.
