Sorry I missed it, guys. I was all in front of the computer then I went out to get some lunch and I just totally whiffed -- it slipped my mind completely.

Guys I want to post up something that has been helping me out a lot more at my stakes 2nl. I was going for a table that had a high % of players in the flop and a high amount of money in the pot, and well I lost a lot. So I tried what I was doing and donking, not really donking, but playing a few more hands than what I would usually. I still lost, bad swing or just picking bad spots? Well I thought of something, every video that I have seen is you want to pick a table that has a lot of passive players, and a lot of bad players. I started to target the tables that have a high % of players in preflop, which means a lot of limpers, and ultimately bad players, along with the lowest amount of money per pot. Guess what? I am back to $23 from $16 playing 20-25/16-20 and making good moves. I thought you guys might want to try this trick out, pick a table with high amount of preflop players, and little money. Be the aggressor on your table make the right moves and slowly and surely you will se a profit. Also when loose passives are shoving with Ace Rag, and flop an ace, these guys usually will shove, hoping to not run into Ace King-Ace Ten. So happy hunting, I have to go stack my chips that I won :-D

Good luck with the group guys. Seems like an awesome idea, except it seems that 12 noon Saturday and Sunday CST is 3am Sunday and Monday here in Melbourne, Australia (I think) which is a lil hard to stay up/get up for, esp with work on Mondays Frown Keep updates though, would love to see how you guys progress. Good luck!

Hey Flann sorry you could'nt make it but the meeting imo was great and very productive. I got a feeling that there was a lot we could learn from each other and i felt i learned a lot from everyone. I do have the audio from the meeting and I can send it to you on skype if you would like. Our main discussion focused on preflop play and we discussed some really interesting spots.

Sorry to hear you can't make it Collin I would still try to get some sweat sessions going with the people in the group even if u can't come to the meetings. In the last meeting we discussed preflop spots and got into some really interesting arguments. I was actually glad that there were disagreements on some decisions because it forced us to reasons with each other and that made for some great listening. Also CST US is 6hrs behind GMT and Melbourne is 10hrs ahead of GMT this would make it 4am there which only makes matters worse sorry. What level do you play at? Not all of our members make it to all our meetings but we try and stay in touch and have sweats whenever possible maybe you could do that.

Hey Ted, I am not sure when I will be online next because I am working nights this week and my sleep schedule is messed up...I just got home a while ago and its almost 8 am so my biological clock is acting up but if I am online hit me up I will help you set it up if not try and get one of the other members to help.

I know I have talked to some of you about Table Ninja but for those of you that have never heard of it its definitely worth checking out I have Table Ninja for PS and it cost $$ so if I were you I would be jumping to use it for free at FT. As mentioned above my timings are messed up this week hence I haven't and will not be online much I am actually coming down with something due to my odd hrs my throat is getting worse by the hour hopefully i still have my voice for the coming meetings. For those who missed out on the meeting you can pm me on skype and I will send you the audio from the meeting so you can catch up if you like. Thats all for now.:]

Just to let everybody know, I'll be moving shortly so I probably won't have a lot of time for poker-related things this week or so. Also, for anybody who plays stars but doesn't want to shell out $ for Table Ninja, Stars Hot Keys is a decent, free alternative, albeit considerably less full-featured.
