I really want to see this group happen, these stakes, most people start out here, and maybe we can put together a few articles and vids that will make people better at these stakes. Anyway, when can we actually get a group going to dominate these stakes?
Well i have a suggestion, i think OP should gather a list of ppl that wanna join maybe up to 10 people and then pm us all a list of the whole groups AIM so we can add each other then that way this group will get on the way.
I did play some 2 nl last month but then i stopped for a while due to some personal reasons n shiz happening but in the next week or so i will put around $400 ti $500 on and start grinding at 10nl or something like that .
I will b playing on Absolute poker tho, i know a lot of ppl don't like it there but i cant get rakeback from full tilt yet n im on the list so hopefully it will b my turn for an offer next.
Anyways my AIM is "WeiJie69"
Hopefully OP can gather a list n get it started gl all.
Hey I only deposited 20 and I am playing 2nl. Well actually I am actually forced to, but I am working to be able to beat 5nl (need a bigger roll). Go ahead, laugh I have to start somewhere though. I am playing the heartland poker tour in a few weeks, I do better in real life tournaments than online, so I have to work on that too.
You guys ought to check this out.

This doesn't seem to be terribly active. But somebody who saw me in this thread IM'd me the other day, only my computer was acting up a bit and I was unable to reply. If you happen to be that person (or anybody else), please message me again if you see me on -- I wasn't trying to ignore you.
My name is Chazb0t/Jeremy Chisamore on Skype for anyone who wants to get sweat sessions going or talk about poker or go over hand histories.
Where's the best place to meet up with everyone. I've never used Skype or AIM. I've always used Teamspeak or Ventrillo but if Skype is better I'll get it right away.

Definitely get skype. As for the thread you can feel free to add me on skype regionx8/Joe DeVico
Currently playing 10nl
Hey all I was looking to start a similar group and thought it would be better to just post in here I don't mean to hijack your thread OP so if anything I say is not kosher just let me know. Anyways so here's the deal I was looking to add ummm for a lack of a better word... adding structure to this thread.
1.My first suggestion would be to pick a chat and a sweat session software and stick with it so I suggest Skype and Team Viewer (a free software if used for personal use that is awesome for sweat sessions from experience.Everyone just vote for one. I don't use aim or msn but if that turns out to be the preferred method of communication I .will get it
2.Lets get a little profiling going on here in the sense lets get a little idea of where each of us stand and maybe a little background info. So here is mine:
Name: My name is hard to pronounce so everyone just calls me Hash fyi if anyone is wondering my real name it is Ashish
Skype Id: studlani1985
Age: 24
Prior poker experience: Played poker on and off for play money and then real money for around 3 years just recently i.e. got serious about it and moved up from 2NL to 25NL but then quit for last 2 months due to tilt/work and other commitments. Back playing now and started off from scratch again i.e. 2NL and I seem to have cracked it for 66bb/100 over 5000 hands.
Current Play Level: 5NL
Goal: 50 NL by end of year 100NL preferred
Multitable/How many: Yes/4
Previous Study Material: From the Ground Up, Baby Steps, Coaching Tree, Elements of Poker, Poker Mindset and bits and parts of other books and episodes
Current Study Material:Revisiting From the Ground Up 6 episodes down 2 more to go. Psychology of Poker 125 pages in 330 page book.
Future Study Material:
1. Theory Of Poker
2. The Poker Mindset
3. Elements Of Poker
4. The Psychology Of Poker
5. Baby Steps
6. From The Ground Up
7. No Limit Hold’em Theory & Practice
8. Ryan Fee’s 6 Max NL Strategy Guide
and that's just the start.
3.Other Random Suggestions: Basically post your random suggestion for this thread or group here for example I will make a PDF or Word file for our profiles and hopefully Rob (Entity) will let me upload it on here somehow. Maybe we post a link in this thread whenever we post a hand to review so all of us can go there and chime in and have a good discussion.
Clearly I am looking for a decent commitment to poker and want to do more than just sweat session I kind of want us to be each others guide/coach. So if your interested fill out the template below and add me on skype I will add only those who take the time to fill it out not cause I am a jerk but cause I am looking for commitment and if you cant get yourself to take the time to fill out a small form hmmm to put it in a good way it wont work lol. Anyways thats all I got sorry for the long post let me know what yall think. Lastly but most importantly I think I just wanna say everyone has to start somewhere and just cause u play 10NL instead of 2NL thats not a big difference so don't be shy and don't be ridiculing other players everyone started somewhere and I am hoping we can start here
ps I pmed everyone who posted there interest in this thread to check my comment

Current Study Material: Pr1nnyraiding, Haj School & EPTPE
Future Study Material: Pr1nnyraiding 2, Dogisheadsup, HUNL Dojo, Gmandatory, Mathematics of NLHE... probably in that order.
3. Other Random Suggestions: As you can tell, I'm playing a game and stakes other than this thread's focus as my main game. But if this is structured, I think it would be fine and beneficial to spare something like an hour a week for group sweats/reviews, etc, and I enjoy talking poker any time that I'm not playing or studying as far as IMs go. In other words, once we get a few people to commit, scheduling would be a good idea. My time zone is EST.
Nice work, $tudlani.
Just another suggestion maybe we could have Mentors and Students...students are anyone playing 2/5/10/25NL and Mentors 50NL and above just a thought.

Hey Hash
Ty for the pm
This seems to be a brilliant idea I think you should start a new thread on it tho and u should set up this whole thing cos op is very inactive in this thread.
Tell ya wot, start a new thread and pm everyone the link to the thread and post what you have posted here that way you will get more attention cos this thread is nearly dead, no offence like lol.
