Being the luckbox that I am I decided to float the flop. As expected I made trips on the turn and took down the pot.
Is this still an example of wrong thinking even though it's not negative?
Positive wrong thinking?

As an expert on wrong thinking, this is wrong in a lot of ways. "As expected" is pretty much an example of wrong thinking. Wrong thinking has no positive or negative, just wrong. And how could you have been expecting to hit a 22:1 shot? Did I write this in my sleep?
Showing right thinking was a lot harder than showing wrong thinking. I think.
Thanks for replying.

Tommy, I became re-interested in Buddhist teachings after listening to this episode. Do you have any good book recommendations?
I asked the same question a while ago and Joe gave me the following recomendation (from Tommy I think).

I've said it before, and I'll say it again...
Tommy could make the Earth tilt less.
Having Wayne be a part of this series was an excellent idea. This will inevitably boost sales of Elements of Poker and further widens the gap between DC and the rest of the training sites.
Any chance to release this without the video, just as an mp3?
I'd love to slap it on my mp3 player and listen to it on th train every now and then.
Very good video. I liked all subjects that you guys dicuss, but like the grey area the most, just like with the book. So many hands posted are not really worth discussing because it is even money or very very cose. Focus on big things you can improve before you spend(waste) time improving in spots where it does not really matter.
Great discussion.

Hi DJ,
The two books I have read the most and recommended the most are:
The Miracle of Mindfulness – by Thich Nhat Hahn
Wherever You Go, There You Are – by Jon Kabat Zinn
Here is an excellent site that Rob posted a link to recently:
http://www.thebigview.com/buddhism/eightfoldpath.html
I think anyone who spends some time at that site will rate to increase the benefits of watching the EPTPE series.
In episode 3 of EPTPE, I say that I made a webpage that has lots of book recommendations, various writings by me and others, some yoga stuff, some links, and just a general ongoing collection of material pertaining to meditation and mindfulness and suffering reduction and all that. That episode airs in a few weeks, which means I’ve got that long to make the page!
Here’s the url:
http://tommyangelo.com/meditation_101.html
You can check out that page in about a month for more recommendations and other goodies.
The main thing though (there are so many main things!), as the teachings teach us, is that the teachings are just that – teachings. They are important, and they feel good when we read them, but they aren’t the practice. Only the practice is the practice, and only the practice produces real progress.
See you on the path,
Tommy

Check out Robs post above your question: This link might work.

There's a ton of software that should be able to do that for you if you don't want to wait. I don't have any recommendations because I've never really done it myself, but I know it's possible.
Sorry, had to stop at minute 20 because I couldn't stand the way they talked to each other. I felt like being stuck in a commercial and getting brain-washed.
As everyone else is so excited I might try again though.
Thanks for the encouragement. Sorry it is slow in places, but Tommy wouldn't let me talk more.
Tommy will answer your questions. I'll take your criticisms. That's our deal.
It took a long time to produce, but was worth the effort, we think.
Wayne
Very Well done guys.
Very good video looking forward to the rest of the series.
Wayne, it looks like this is gonna be really good and thank you for "sharing" Tommy with us, especially love the aspect of the conversation, just like many teacher/student philosophical discussions... Would like to meet you at WSOP again!
Tommy, thanks again, and again... and again.
On another note, please stop talking like its an infomertail. We adore you already, no need to "convince" us.

I'll be around the Show, for sure. We'll hook up.
Thanks for the compliments.
