Over on the secondary feature table, Vanessa Selbst had been nursing what had become a below average stack for the first hour today. Down to about 150,000 as play resumed after the break, she found herself all in with her tourney life at risk and did not survive the hand.

We haven't all of the details, but were told she picked up A2s and pushed from late position and got a caller holding KJs. The flop came 2J-X, then the turn and river came running fours, and Selbst was eliminated.

Christopher George opened a recent pot with a pre-flop raise. He was called in two spots before big blind Pim van Wieringen re-raised all in. George made the call with JJ and discovered that van Wieringen had been attempting to squeeze everyone out with T9o. Van Wieringen did manage to flop a ten, but the turn and river came running queens, which did not help his cause. He's out, and George is up to about 1,150,000.

Paul Varano got his stack of 148,000 into the middle with T9s and was facing Garrettt Adelstein's JJ.

The board ran out JT24T as Adelstein made jacks full to bust Varano and chip up to about 1,220,000.
