Figured it may be good to start a thread for guest suggestions, assuming this is OK

If you go outside of the DC crew, I'd really like to hear Jeff Hwang discuss PLO on the show. He has lots of live and online play and has a sequel to his book coming out soon. Also, he hosts a regular low-limit game that may be fun to discuss at Excalibur.

I'd love to hear both strategy discussion with him as well as his thoughts on expanding how much PLO is played in casinos.

I just emailed Jeff. Jeff is much more of a writer than a speaker, but I do talk to him from time to time as I have played the Excalibur game a few times.

I'd also like to nominate Matt Flynn. I think he'd be a great guest because he already posts here on DC occasionally so he's familiar with the site/community, he's someone that knows both live and online play, and hopefully Bart could squeeze some more info out of him regarding the upcoming book, or at least get some more juicy comments about the drama with Mason/2+2.

yes it would...but he rarely gives good interviews. he isn't very good with words. At least not on the other podcast interviews. He always umm's and stutters. I'd like to have someone who primarily plays omaha since Jeff won't do it

Would love to hear an interview with Ben Grundy, an online plo pro who has had phenomenal success. He plays a very LAG style and achieved a quite ridiculous winrate last year.
