Should I/Do I need to bluff this river?

I've only been playing for a few minutes vs villain but so far he seems kinda bad and definitely the type who will be bluffing if he bets out of tempo. I am very very confident I have the best hand on the turn and also that he will fold if I raise. I still think calling the turn is best but maybe I'm wrong? When he checks the river, I think there is a really good chance he made a straight or a better two pair than me. Is he going to fold a straight though?

I would raise the turn here given your assessment of his hand range. If you call, he's probably not going to bluff the river because you look strong. Calling just gives your opponent a "free" card to catch up and it's a coup to get him to fold a straight draw here which is drawing very live vs. your hand(KQxx,Q9xx and 89xx--all no spades--are around 30% vs. your hand). If you don't think you can get him off a straight on the river then it's especially important to raise the turn here.

I think this is a profitable bluff spot on the river. Your turn call looks strong and we've decided it's fairly unlikely that he has a flush.

I agree, mostly, though I think the turn call looks like a medium flush more than a strong one given stack sizes. But since we will definitely valuebet those on the end and since we're unlikely to turn a set into a bluff here, I still think he'll fold straights most of the time.
