How to Speed Up HEM

Holdem Manager just gave me a pop up with the following advice

"To speed up the database go into Options > Hand View Column Selection and remove "Winner Name", "Winner Card" and "Winner Amt"."

(Or words to that effect)
I did this and HEM is like 3x faster.
