I think perhaps the best point made in this video, and it might have been in other videos but I glossed over it, was the All-in equities point referring to suited hands.
Everyone kinda knows you have to have a bit of the gamble in ya to play PLO, most people just resign themselves to the fact that slightly-weighted flips are part of the game. When we do look at how often stacks go in, it drives how the fact that starting hand strength can really cost you in the long run 2% at a time...

This pokerbelizi guy is the guy I said earlyer was 3betting a ton and folding to 4bets. Given that is this a hand you might 4bet? Or would you rather thave something like J987ds befor you started thinking about 4betting? or is 4betting just a bad idea in genral OOP with hands like these cause we'll get a flop like you did w/ bottom pair and a flush draw on board we dont have.
