I had started it a while back but didn't keep up with it. I'm going to start up again this week. I also picked up Insanity from BeachBody and I'll probably be adding some of those workouts in instead of the cardio workouts in the P90X pack simply because they're far more intense.
A lot of people use the cardio workout from p90x+ instead of the p90x one.
But i basically have my workouts planned for the next year straight.
I'm doing p90x classic, p90x doubles, p90x+ classic, p90x+ doubles. That's 360 days.
Maybe I'll pick up Insanity after that.

Have you guys heard of crossfit.... IMHO I think more variety than P90X and you for some strange reason always see improvements with your results.
But like any other program as long as you stick with it thats important.

Yea I know a couple of people doing crossfit. I like the excercise of the day idea. I would probably be one of those people that sit and wait at midnight spamming refresh to know what tomorrows excercise is.
I don't know if I would do it myself at home though, I'm lazy as hell, I would have to join a crossfit gym or something, and that's just more money.
I might try it when I'm done with p90x if I get bored of it, I don't see that happening anytime soon though.

Yes that is the cool part of it the different workouts a day. Something I wanted to share is my friends that end up doing p90x ends up doing crossfit at the end of the program. I do hear you about the self motivation required. Thats were crossfit shines imho. Try doing a week of it at a crossfit gym and you will see.... or just try it for a month and if you are into fitness like me... I'm sure you'll be hooked...

yea, the wife and I finished the full 13 weeks/6 days a week p90x classic back in febr. We're now doing insanity, but only 3 days instead of the "normal" schedule. If anyone has any questions, feel free to ask.

A lot of people know about P90X, but not Insanity. Since you've done (or are doing) both, how would you describe Insanity in relation to P90X?

The gf and I just started Insanity a week ago. It's by far the best thing for my situation because I've never been a fan of weights, I like the variation, and I don't have to join/pay for/drive to a gym. Here's to hoping that I stick with it!
Early thoughts - it's definitely intense. Because I wasn't in that good of shape when I started it, I need to take a couple more breaks during the workouts, but I'm still sweating my balls off!
