Quick FYI for AVG users. As of AVG's latest update, Mikogo host file is detected as a trojan. I believe this a false positive, but waiting for an update on the Mikogo forums.

Restat your computer uninstall and delete mickogo then restart again and install it then open avg > click resident shield > manage exceptions > put mickogo in there had to do it with a poker site until the updated a fix.
