Hey folks -

I never wound up publishing this, so I just thought it might be interesting to those who care to read. Apologies for all the legalese, but, well, it is a legal paper after all. If you can sift through the jargon, I think it helps explain all of the issues that exist for those who are curious. I wrote it last year for one of my classes.

Also, there are no cliffnotes, but as any good law student can tell you - all you really need to read is the introduction and section headings anyway ;-)
