I wake up around 8, stretch, and tell myself “I will go to the gym today!” because on the days in which I do this I’m about 20% more likely than normal to actually go. Which is a really bad habit I intend to break with our trainer in Vegas this summer. I constantly struggle with the “trainer or no trainer?” question.
