Christmas meant Santa got me Veneers awesome NLHE book and Jeff Hwangs PLO series so fun reading ahead. I also have 3 weeks off in January to complete my DC50k challenge. Finished up for the month, first time for PLO after 3 months. Ran well and played ok, playing in a perhaps under rolled way for PLO but I think with good hand selection and god table selection I won’t go broke, plus I can reload if required. Recently switched to PLO and had my first coaching session. Enjoyed it think I can quickly go through the stakes if work isn’t too busy. We’ll see, first things to work on is to 3bet more as well as thinking about my opening ranges.
As I started to coach, unfortunately my mother did become some serious health problems and eventually did leave us. Therefore I wasn’t able to coach for a while, but now I am offering it again. I will start to continue with those students who already did contact me and the next 5 interested in my coaching will become 10 lessons for free also. I guess I should say something about me first. I’m 23 and I love poker… I started playing aprox 2 years ago, but only freerolls and micro stakes NLHE. 2 months ago I decided to grind PLO seriously (more or less ;) ) and move from site to site to get those deposit bonuses. What’s up, DC! Pretty happy to let you guys know my wife has been pregnant for around 7 weeks now and our baby is due November! The baby is currently the size of a blueberry and we’re excited to go get an ultrasound in a week or so and see if we can see him/her. I’ll be sure to write up a trip report.
