Heh, this started out as a whinge and ended in a meaningful conclusion that, to be honest, I wasn’t expecting. http://blog.obadonke.com/2010/08/28/why-limit-holdem-is-such-hard-work/ In summary, here’s why I think Limit Hold’em is hard work: defining narrow ranges in Limit is hard and the rewards for doing so in any one hand are relatively small but if you don’t put in the effort, you will be a loser well before the long run.
