Weighed in today at 198.5lb. That puts me in, overall, at -5.7lb in the first 3 weeks, which is almost dead on my target. It’s definitely going to get harder as we move along, but I’ve got a few more classes I’m picking up and as the weeks continue, the routines are getting harder.
