Weighed in today at 198.5lb. That puts me in, overall, at -5.7lb in the first 3 weeks, which is almost dead on my target. Itâ€™s definitely going to get harder as we move along, but Iâ€™ve got a few more classes Iâ€™m picking up and as the weeks continue, the routines are getting harder.
