Seeing the doctor

Ok so I went to get a blood test few days ago and like i thought, i have diabetes. After some googling it seems like diabetes can be quite serious. I am seeing the doctor tomorrow for further consultation. Zzzzz… this sucks. I really have to change my lifestyle which means cutting out on smoking, proper diet plan, and exercise.
