Yesterday gave me allot of hope of things yet to come. The start of the day I ran very well and toward the 2nd half of my daily 5k hand goal I could not get a hand to hold up for the life of me. I knew I was due for a bad session after the way I have been running the past few days but that still did not keep me from going on tilt.
