My painfully bad existance at 2NL.... help?

I am bit lost tbh. I don’t know what is happening. And I don’t know if I am even “playing” poker any more. 2NL is an unforgiving and unrelenting beast – that pounds and pounds away at you, so you become so disoriented that you know even know if TPTK is a good hand any more.
