Hello everyone ! $400 MTT win

So had a small win today. Finally reached the final table after playing a lot of MTTs this week.  I did probably deserve it. But the money got in my mind, since $400 is my current bankroll. So when I got there, I stopped being aggressive. And they stole a lot of me. So I got down to 13bb picked up A6s and shipped it. Hope you all had a happy easter, I did!

1118 hands today, I think the humidity here (Melbourne, Australia) got me a little agitated… two horrible calls. Other than that, worked on my play versus the regs a bit which worked out pretty well. NL5 Graph:

Day 1+2: – Studied some charts and made a few new ones (since they were kind of out dated for today’s cashgames as far as I could tell) – Came to the conclusion NL2 is a totally different beast to NL5 and I’ll just skip to NL5 and save a few braincells. Graph of NL5 progress so far… (Pretty easy to see where I adopted a different pre-flop strategy)   More to come when I finally get some sleep! -esko


Bad luck day

Having a frustrating day today of bad luck playing 6max SNG’s. It seemed every time I put my chips in ahead, I’d get sucked out on. Decided to play one final hurrah before bed. I registered for the 3k Guarantee cashout tourney on FT. Was a long slog and was bouncing up and down in chip levels as there was some maniac players on my table for the majority of the tournament. Well nothing really major to brag about because it was just a mincash this time. But cashed in the Turbo Fiddy again, 45 places paid out of a field of 400, came 8th 2 days ago and just got 32nd. I’m starting to like these turbo tournaments, as I seem to run good at flips. The cash netted me $80, minus BI and rake, its a profit of $25. After a looong time of SnG’s and MTT’s (Where most of my succes have been), I’m ready to try out cash. I’m not saying I’ve never played cash, I have, a lot! I just suck at it. . .
