Weight Loss Update: Seize the Day

Hey guys,   I gained .6 pounds this week to keep everything pretty even keel at 285.6lb. My family headed out of town for Easter, so I indulged in some comfort food while watching the Masters. Hey Everyone, Mentally its been a good week. My outlook is optimistic and I am excited to play every time I sit down. I only have one month left in school and then I’m off until the fall so its an exciting time because I’m so close to being back too full time hours.  Weight loss wise the results are good so far but the process has been lacking. Hey guys,  So as some of you might remember from centuries ago I decided to take a week off from poker. That stretched out to be a little bit of a longer break then I had anticipated. Regardless I’m back and feel refreshed and ready to grind my way back up to where I was at my peak this fall.  I played short sessions on thursday and friday this week that resulted in a small win, and a small loss.
