I am currently in the session and I think the topic and examples are very interesting. I do have some trouble with hands in the range, like I mentioned. I played one pretty good session at NL100 today and got myself onto two really juicy tables. Got my water, got my focus, and managed to take note of the players in the BB for >50% of my hands.
