I finally moved up this weekend. From 2NL to 5NL – wow! I cashed in $10 rakeback and had 70BI’s for 2NL. More than enough for 5NL. Had a pretty brutal session – couldn’t hit a flop in a 3 bet pot. So that never really helps. Stepped up the aggression at the end to try and recoup some loses – worked a little. :( Don’t think I played very well and got a bit fuzzy half way through. I finally found a way that makes me more concentrated and less result orientated. And that’s by using the tilt blocker. The tilt blocker adds a red square over your stack, and since you have autorebuy + auto top up on (Right?) you’ll always have 100bb. The worst thing about this game is you have no real way of verifying that your results are the result of ability or luck. June July and August were horrible for me, I really started to panic. Now September has been absolutely on Fire 16PTBB/100 Â I really focussed on some leaks in my game, and got a few new insights into Value betting.
