I am having trouble trying to determine the underlying reasons for my negative non-showdown winnings. I suspect that there are several underlying problems, but I can't figure them out. I need some help here. For short periods of time my W$woSD stat will be positive, then it starts trending negative again. It appears that when I play more NIT-like, it gets better. Anyway, I hope you guys can help me. My stats are:

Last 55K hands at micro, full ring only.

WTSD= 20%
W$SD= 53%
3Bet= 5.4
Fold v 3Bet= 53%
4Bet Range= 2.9
Flop v Raise Fold= 51%
Flop Cbet = 71%
Fold v Flop Cbet= 57%
Turn Cbet= 42%
Fold v Turn Cbet= 40%
River Cbet= 48%
Fold v River Cbet= 65%
PF Positional Awareness = 5.28
Steal % O/A= 41%
Check/Raise= 6.3%
Cold Call PF= 5.9%

I don't know if these will help or even if they are the ones you need to analyze what's going on. I should also point out that over this period, I averaged hitting a set less than 9% of the time.

As people becone better at SSNL and above you can bluff them at right spots and so the red line goes up.At the micros just concentrate on the green line.

Its hard to pinpoint much from stats alone but the ont thing that jumps out is your flop and turn cbet/ Flop[ is pretty high and turn is a little low so I think 1 major reason for your negative NSD winnings is firing a cbet on the fflop then giving up.

Try to be more selective of your cbetting and at the same time look for more spots to double barrel.

As is said though, I think up to maybe NL100 you just need to focus on value betting and making good folds so dont worry too much about NSD

If you lag it up a bit though you can soon increas this but at the same time you will propably see a dip in your SD winnings but it might help you to understand how these lines behave according to your style of play. Ive found a nice happy medium now between LAg and TAG and my SD winnings rise whilst my NSD are an almost horizonntal line around the 0 Mark,

Sig- As someone who has played with you from time to time, I think you're playing fine at 4/10NL at Carbon. I would agree with what everyone has said here, it's about finding your spots and value betting well at those levels, and making it out of the micros to start worrying about making plays at a higher level.

I do. I had a decent winning red line over a decent sample on NL2, NL5, NL10 and NL25. Doesn't mean I couldn't have made even more without it, and I have since worked to lower it to see if this helps my game. This was for 6max.
