Hey everyone im having trouble calculating the pot odds, when it gets up into big numbers...any help would be appreciated

Pot odds shortcut:


if you are playing with 2 cards (eg NLHE) dealt, it'l be 52-5= 47
52(cards)-(2dealt+3flop)= 47
for PLO it would be 45

divide this by the number of outs you have and you have your pot odds

so 47 possible cards/ number of cards you are drawing to.

eg 47/9 = 5.2 or 5.2:1

correct me if i'm wrong but I think thats it
