This looks fine to me. Fishy villains will call the turnraise with worse pairs and draws and it allows you to get a much bigger riverbet in and get a ton of value from random Ax. I'd bet a little bigger on the river though as your hand is almost always good and he can easily call with any ace or even like KT.
Flop check is fine if he is kinda spazzy and is not going to play totally fit/fold

Flop check is actually bad if he's spazzy.
If he's completely fit or fold, we just want to check it down with him or bet something ridiculous like 1bb to protect our hand. The reason being that when we bet AK, he never folds better and doesn't call with many worse hands if any. So there is literally no purpose to a flop bet other than to protect our hand against two random unpaired cards that have 6 outs and 25% equity.
If he's the kind of spazzy that likes to stab when we show weakness, we might want to think about betting to deter him from mindlessly clicking the "bet" button once we show weakness. If he's the kind of spazzy that raises blank flops regardless of his holdings because OMG NO A OR K ON THE BOARD, U CAIN'T HAVE A PER... well, then we should just give him the pot and only bet when we can town worse pairs.

If he's that loose you should bet the flop for thin value and to take the dead money. You have 2 overs, and back door draws and his range is very wide (though your sample size is small on villian). I'm thinking bet size $1 into $1.75 on he flop. Generally if he peels light and folds to 2 barrels, you can bet larger on the flop but when he peels this particular flop, many turn cards strengthen his range as much as yours, meaning there will be fewer 2 barrel opportunities.
