Preflop 3bet is an option. However, I chose to call - I didn't know whether he would call preflop with enough worse hands especially when having no dynamic with me. (Even though unknown NL5 reg probably still calls too many 3bets IP and therefore I should have 3bet preflop)

What would you do on the turn?

3betting PF is an option, as long as we're looking for a fold.
as it's hard to flop a specific board with it. this is the board we're looking for to be able to continue. but unless our FD completes, we're most likely behind.

i certainly dont mind post flop as played. as 2nd pair and NFD gives us good equity. we can also c/r that flop, and apply a bit of pressure.

also, folding pre is also an option. 60 hands means he's a virtual unknown, and KQo OOP isnt the best hand to play here. easy lay down.
