I've would c/r flop to around 16 because your percieved range now is all sets AK-AJ BDFD and the are many good turn cards you can cb or even c/r AI, but the key is that c/r flop gives you information about villain handrange and therefore makes the hand much easier to play imo.
I think preflop call is fine, because it increases implied odds get payed off if you hit the set, which decreases Villain's positional advantage too.
